At-Home Safe & Sound Protocol with Weekly Guided Support
This option allows you to complete the Safe & Sound Protocol from home while receiving weekly 30-minute check-ins for pacing, support, and adjustment as needed. It offers flexibility alongside professional guidance to help you move through the protocol in a steady, supported way.
Typical support lasts 4–6 weeks.
Pricing: SSP access ($250) + weekly support ($125/week). An initial intake session ($175) is required prior to starting.
